General Information:

Reservations are required to reserve a room at Dutchies View. Reservations can be made by phone (276)930-3701 between the hours of
7AM and 10PM or you can make your reservations online 24hrs a day.

Your reservation includes a night stay, a full country breakfast each morning, homemade desserts each evening with coffee and tea and a relaxing
stay. Breakfast is served between the hours of 8AM and 10AM, and earlier hours may be requested for corporate guests. Each night stay is subject
to a 10% Virginia tax.

One night deposit or 50% of total stay, whichever is greater, is required with all reservations. Payments are accepted in Visa, Mastercard, or cash.
Personal checks must be received 7 days after reservations are made to guarantee the reservation. Deposits will be refunded with a proper cancellation
(please see cancellation policy below).

A two night minimum stay is required on all holidays and special weekends.

Check in is 3PM to 8PM other arrivals nust be arranged in advance. Check out is 11AM. You don't have to leave the property; we just need to
be able to clean the room.

Our property is a non-smoking facility inside, however there are ash cans located on the porches and decks for your convenience. Candles are
not allowed in any rooms.

Sorry we are dog lovers however we do not accept pets.

Corporate rates for all Government and business travelers.

Weekly and monthly rates are available, inquire at time of reservation.

WiFi internet connection is available throughout the Inn.

Well behaved children 12 years or older are welcome at additional cost.

Our Inn is inspected in accordance with the policies of our local health department.
Cancellation Policies:

When reservations are made we spend time making everything for your visit just right at Dutchies View, therefore we have a 7 day cancellation
policy in place. This policy states that any cancellation made prior to seven days is due a full refund of deposit made less a $25.00 handling fee.
Cancellations made seven days or less are subject to the loss of the deposit or one night stay whichever is greater.

Cancellations made the day of arrival or "no shows" will result in the loss of deposit as well as the monies due for the extent of the entire stay.

Upon check-in you are responsible for payment for the balance of your stay.

Cancellations must be made with a person at the Inn. If a cancellation is made by email it will not be honored until someone has sent back an
acceptance of the cancellation from our Inn, which may not occur immediately.

Bad weather either at the Inn or from the place of orgin is not sufficient cause for cancellation.
Policies for groups reserving the majority or entire Inn:

Any group reserving the Inn will be subject to a loss of $200.00 regardless of cancellation time. In addition all group cancellations must be
made a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival in order to receive any refund of deposit.
Specialty Weekends:

Martinsville race weekends, Virginia Tech Graduation weekend, all the month of October, and holiday weekends are subject to a minimum 30 days
cancellation period in order that you do not lose your entire deposit. In addition, if these specialty weekends are reserved by a group, full
payment is due at time of reservation and the payment is non-refundable.
